Twelve evening sessions on acquisition stamps, clock-start disputes, survival versus return curves, and how Thailand seasonality quietly wrecks a naive Day-7. Informational fee: 48,500 THB.
Modules include a live critique of a product table you bring from work. Spreadsheet fluency is assumed; we do not reteach pivot tables from zero.

If the room cannot agree when the clock starts, the percentage is theatre. App Retention Cohort Analytics begins with the stamp, not the chart.

We stay with descriptive windows until they survive critique. Forecasting is a different craft and is not part of the atelier.
